Elmhurst X Ballet Nights: New Futures
We're delighted to announce that we will take part in Ballet Nights: New Futures, a landmark event that, for the first time, brings together the UK’s leading ballet and contemporary training institutions on the stage of Cadogan Hall.
Designed as a celebration of what lies ahead for dance, New Futures offers a powerful, joined-up picture of training in the UK today- from the early promise of young dancers to the professional pathways that await them. Created for past, present, and prospective students, as well as parents and supporters, the programme reflects the ambition, discipline, and possibility that define vocational dance training.
Elmhurst is proud to stand alongside an exceptional cohort of institutions including The Royal Ballet School, English National Ballet School, Central School of Ballet, Rambert School, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and Northern School of Contemporary Dance. Together, these schools represent the breadth and strength of the UK’s dance training ecology, while highlighting the shared commitment to excellence that underpins them all.
For Elmhurst, involvement in Ballet Nights: New Futures is both a privilege and a statement of intent. The programme offers a rare opportunity to showcase the artistry, technical rigour, and individuality of Elmhurst students within a national context, while celebrating collaboration across the sector. It also reinforces Elmhurst’s role in preparing young dancers not only for classical careers, but for a rapidly evolving professional landscape.
The evening also features the Ballet Nights Young Ambassador for Indonesia 2026, reflecting Ballet Nights’ commitment to international exchange and future-facing opportunity- values that strongly align with Elmhurst’s own outlook.
