We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and people person to join our team as a School Receptionist / Administrator.

Working Monday to Friday during term-time. You’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) people encounter when they visit, call, or email the school. From welcoming students and visitors to supporting staff and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll play a key role in the heartbeat of our busy, inspiring vocational ballet school.

We’re looking for someone who’s professional yet approachable, confident, and enjoys helping others. You’ll be part of a supportive admin team that makes sure everything flows seamlessly so our young dancers can focus on what they do best. If you’re organised, love meeting new people, and want to be part of a vibrant, creative community, then this could be the perfect role for you. Come and embody The Elmhurst Way with us!
